The News You Have Been Waiting For!

Dear Partners and Friends,

That's right, IRISH FREEDOM is back in training at Los Alamitos in California. 

Here is the draft schedule assuming our boy cooperates:

Jog: November 28 to December 12

Gallop: December 12 to January 2

Breeze: January 2 through January 28 (5 breezes estimated)

Race: Ready to race February 4. Which just happens to be the date of the Robert Lewis Derby Prep. If Bob feels he is up to that quality of opposition first race back. Even if IRISH isn't ready for stakes company February 4, there are Derby Preps in California on March 11 (San Felipe) and April 8 (Santa Anita Derby). And that doesn't include the possibility of travel to prep races.

What could make this news better?

How about the fact that DONEGAL MOON returned to training this week as well!!! MOON is at Winstar Farm where he will jog and gallop the next few weeks before heading back to Todd's barn at Palm Meadows.  

What could make ALL of that news better? Todd reports that KEEN ICE is training very well as he prepares for the Pegasus. More on that as matters develop.
