Amazing Breeders' Cup Opportunity

Dear Partners and Friends,

I have an incredible news from Keeneland and the Breeders' Cup.

Because of the amount of business Donegal (all of you!) does with Keeneland and the Breeders' Cup they are making the best offer I have ever known of to us for Breeders' Cup tickets for Keeneland/2015 on October 29, 30 and 31.

We can purchase the top floor of a Chalet (which holds 84 people). The chalet has a walk out balcony with completely unimpeded views of the racetrack. The chalet will be located (approximately) between the sixteenth poll and the eighth poll. There will be jumbotrons in the infield and televisions in the suites to eyeball the finish line (not unlike our Suite at Churchill).

Tickets will include access to the Suite on Thursday for a huge day of high quality and stakes races. Also on Friday and Saturday. Also includes parking. Also includes all food for Friday/Saturday (we have to pay for catering on Thursday only). Cash bar and restrooms available. Total price?  $1,250/per person FOR ALL THREE DAYS. For comparison sake this is less than we paid for many of our tickets for Saturday only at Santa Anita! This is obviously huge thank you to Donegal from Keeneland. 

Now here is the deal: The suites are going to be allocated on January 14 at a meeting between Keeneland and Breeders' Cup. For that reason we need to hear from you ASAP in order to secure this amazing deal. We don't need for you to pay for your tickets until they are billed later in the year.....we just need to know your desired number of tickets. While this offer is open to both partners and friends we will give partners priority if we go past 84. Other than that it will be first come, first serve with no limit on number of tickets available.

Finally, I am sure you are saying "But where on earth would we stay?"  Again, thanks to Keeneland, they have reserved as many hotel rooms as we need WITH NO MARKUP for our group only.

Because of location I am going to make an executive decision to make the Embassy Suites our official Donegal Hotel but can help those of you out who prefer one of the others. If we have enough interest we may acquire a bus for to/from transportation.
