A LITTLE BIT ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS...

DONEGAL FILLIES GO THURSDAY
 
AIFE (Race 3) and FAHAN MURA (Race 10) go to the races here at Saratoga on Thursday. Both are training well and are aggressively placed, though AIFE'S race came up stronger than expected with a Chad Brown contender.
 
If you would like tickets for the races on Thursday please let me know TODAY and we will make it happen.
 
KEEN ICE
 
You may have noticed yesterday on the Stable Update that we now have KEEN ICE listed for EITHER the Whitney (Saratoga, August 5) OR the Pacific Classic (Saratoga, August 19). We would not have even considered the Pacific Classic if Arrogate had run to form Saturday night but because he didn't, that race is on the table. Advantages include running a mile and a quarter vs. a mile and an eighth and getting a run in over the Del Mar surface where the Breeders' Cup Classic will be held in November.
 
ICE will breeze here Saturday and we will make a decision by Monday, July 31. Advantages to staying here are a small field and no travel.
 
If ICE does run here at Saratoga on August 5 tickets will be incredibly tight. We will do our best and let us know if you want to be on the list. StubHub may be your best recourse if we can't help you.
 
DONEGAL HOUSE AT SARATOGA

We have already hosted a number of visiting partners and our esteemed Commissioner, Ron German, at Donegal House. A good time for all I can assure you! We hold seminars at 11 a.m. sharp on race days. Here are some photos from one of these events:
